Beneath Our Skin explores the invisible landscape we all carry within us. The female figure becomes a living canvas, her body covered with flowers that resemble delicate tattoos, symbols of memories, emotions, experiences, and transformations that quietly shape who we are throughout life.
 
Inspired by the harmony and elegance of Renaissance portraiture, the composition blends timeless beauty with a contemporary symbolic language. Antique green tones create a sense of serenity and permanence, while warm oranges and luminous yellows introduce vitality, light, and hope. 
Together, these colours establish a delicate balance between earth and spirit, stillness and growth.
 
The flowers are not merely decorative elements. They represent the traces left by every encounter, every joy, every loss, and every lesson. Just as a tattoo becomes part of the skin, these botanical forms become part of the woman's identity, suggesting that our lives are written upon us in ways both visible and unseen.
