2.Artist Proposal: Based on the information gathered during the consultation, the artist prepares a proposal outlining their approach to the commission. This proposal may include concept sketches, examples of previous work, and a timeline for completion. It serves as a blueprint for the project and allows the client to provide feedback and make any necessary adjustments before work commences.
3.Agreement and Payment: Once the proposal is accepted, the client and artist enter into a formal agreement outlining the terms and conditions of the commission. The client is required to make an initial payment of 50% to secure the commission, with the remaining 50% due before delivery of the artwork

Depending on the complexity of the project, the artist may provide regular updates and progress reports to keep the client informed and involved in the creative process.

6.Final Payment & delivery : Upon delivery, the client makes the final payment as per the agreed-upon terms.
Once the artwork is complete and approved by the client, final arrangements are made for delivery.
The artist ensures the artwork is properly packaged and transported to its destination, taking care to protect it from damage during transit.
